Energetix has Ceased Trading

To whom it may concern:

I took over as Managing Director of Energetix Limited in May 2009, but I have been unable to further the company owning to my illness, resulting in the company not trading sufficiently. I have spent much of my time trying to relieve the company of its contractual liabilities that it could not meet in order to minimise the number of creditors prior to its closure.

I have been diagnosed with advanced terminal prostate cancer which is not operable. Most recently my illness has become much worse leaving me unable to continue with company affairs.

On the 15th October 2009 I duly applied to Voluntary Strike Off this Company. The Company has no assets of any value to sell or realise to any creditors.

If you are a creditor, you may wish to contact Companies House to oppose such an application if appropriate.
